Scheduled for release on May 23rd, just four days after the release of "The Da Vinci Code", Hustler Video announces their soon to be released X-Rated version named "The Da Vinci Load". On May 6th Spice Studios releases their first big-budget feature entitled "Fly Spice: The Virgin Flight" to the DVD market. Veteran director, Bud Lee, is quoted as saying, "We had really high production values with our sets and costumes and it showed." and with an astounding budget of $250,000 this movie should really shake up the ever growing adult movie market.

This movie is about a new erotic airline called Fly Spice, and its virgin flight. When the plane flies too high, the extreme altitude lowers everyone's inhibitions and stimulates their libidos. The ever-helpful Fly Spice flight attendants give their own special care to the passengers and crew, resulting in the plane overshooting its destination and landing in Tokyo. This also happens to set the scene for the next DVD release called "Fly Spice 2: Pacific Rimmed.

"Fly Spice: The Virgin Flight"stars Sophia, Syren, Avy Scott, Britney Manson, Tiffany Taylor and Brea Bennett. From what I have read and seen about this movie, I think it will be one to check out, and add to your personal collection.

PULSE POV

Digital Playground and director Robby D, are set to release a new line called "Pulse POV" (Point of View) which come as a two-disc collection and is shot in high-definition.

The Reincarnation of Betty Paige

I am not sure if you have noticed or not, but I have been noticing that the whole face of the adult industry seems to be changing. With adult movies like Pirates, Curse Eternal and others, they are opening the doors to people who never used to consider viewing an adult movie, and are now fans of what this world has to offer. Studios are producing a more overall commercial product with large budgets that have elaborate sets and costume designs, along with special effects and full scripts. This has opened a completely new market in the more mainstream viewer market, and I for one am glad to see this. It has also opened the door for adult stars to star in mainstream movies and TV shows, with the likes of Ron Jeremy and Traci Lords to just name a few. What the future has in store for the adult industry and its stars I do not know, but I sure am looking forward to watching and seeing for myself.

THE REINCARNATION OF BETTY PAIGE

Bettie Page has to be one of the most famous pinups of all time, and this month she is featured in not one but two great movies. In the mainstream world, HBO is set to release "The Notorious Bettie Page" with Gretchen Mol as the famous beauty Bettie Page. Not to be outdone, Metro Interactive is releasing "The Reincarnation of Betty Paige - Collector's Edition" staring the super sexy Darla Crane on April 18th which is meant to coincide with HBO's April 14th release. The movie is about an obsessed Bettie Page fan that is determined to follow in her idol's footsteps, by calling herself Betty Paige. Watch as she enters this strange world of hardcore sex, lesbian action and three-ways. Staring with Darla are Tanya Danielle, Amber Michaels, Ryan Conner, Tony Michaels, Dino Bravo and Frank Fortuna. Although this movie was previously released, this latest edition features extras not available on the original release, such as a photo gallery and a 14"x28" pin-up poster of Darla Crane as Betty Paige.

The Real Bettie Page was born in Nashville, Tenn. She then went on to pose for famed photographer Irwin Klaw and Playboy magazine, and is best known for her photos showing her in bondage and sadomasochism situations, along with her cheesecake pinup photos. I will be checking this one out more once it is released, as I have long been a fan of Bettie Page.

VIRTUAL VIVID GIRL SUNNY LEONE

Vivid entertainment is venturing into the interactive DVD market with its release of "Virtual Vivid Girl Sunny Leone". This DVD gives the viewers a chance to feel like they are having their way with Sunny Leone. There is a variety of sexual positions, along with her talking dirty or sweet to you. Sunny said that filming this DVD was very different than anything she had ever done, as usually you just have a scene and people tell you what to do and you do it, that's it. However, with this interactive DVD it meant changing positions a lot, having sex, then stopping, and going a lot. In one part, there was a big orgy scene where all five girls rode on the Sybian, and had sex with each other. Sunny's co-stars were fellow Vivid girl Lanny Barby along with former Vivid exclusive Lexie Marie, Charmane Star and Amy Reid. This should prove to be a real exciting release.

This week I thought I would take a moment to talk about an adult film starlet by the name of Belladonna, who seems to be on every top chart I look at lately. Her company Belladonna Entertainment along with Evil Angel, have been producing hit after hit, with some of the hottest sexually driven content on the market today.
