European films have the reputation of being slightly eccentric…the way you can be “slightly” dead, or “kind of” pregnant and most of the time these trippy, pretentious flicks lose much in the translation. In this case, Tanya Hyde’s Twisted Dreams is the flick, with its flamboyant persona and break-neck pace that is Euro-porn at its best. Directed and filmed by Hyde, this collection of fetish vignettes runs the gamut from tame to the outrageous. Mild domination is prevalent throughout; whether it is Cassandra Wilde walking Sophie Evans like a dog, or a couple nuns getting the shit fucked out of them by some common thieves. There are six twisted tales in all, each with their own degree of naughtiness. What really makes the piece stand out, however, is the technical expertise in which the production possesses. Audio Assembly Productions provided one of the slickest soundtracks to date, matching techno loops with video mayhem. Cool washes, stutter frames, and awesome video distortion were used in moderation as not to distract from the focus of the film—the fucking. Shot in Spain, all of the dazzling Euro-stars came to the elaborate sets horny and ready to fuck. All the scenarios manifest an overwhelming sexuality, brought out by passionate nasty sex. Having titles like: Insanity, Training, Cops and Hooker, among others, you choose your pleasure. In Training, for example, Monet Covet (a dynamite blonde with a hot ass) is disciplining a male slave. Bound and blindfolded, he waits for his next order. Covet is in a kinky mood, and decides to take a piss and allow him to clean her dripping snatch—with his tongue! Meanwhile, Lorena Red is obviously enjoying the proceedings, fucking herself furiously. All the scenes have exotic toys, but the facial strap-on dildo that the slave dons is a favorite. Also in this scene, Cassandra performs a painful act on the slave with one huge strap-on…and he doesn’t seem to mind. Major taboos are addressed in not just the sex, but the erotic themes as well. The piece “Nuns and Robbers,” attacks the strict celibacy of their order. A rite so respected that even an atheist would blush as these sisters explore their sexuality in the sanctity of a church. Double dongs are wielded and quickly disappear in the silken folds of their twats. Enter the burglars, who find the nuns when robbing the church (another taboo), and proceed to capitalize on the slick situation. Covet bosses around her lowly servant Sophie Evans in, “Abused Maid.” Sucking on a big ol’ stogie, Covet orders Evans on a table so she can spank her ass to a nice rosy hue. She then straps a horse bridle on Evans and rides her like a wild animal. All of the action was equally intense. Hyde made certain every second counted. Completing the package, superb special features provide an informative, easy to navigate DVD release. Fully interactive menus allow you to choose from the standard trailers and photo gallery to the exceptional cast biographies and film notes. Not one weak link. Highly recommended! |
